Jessica went above and beyond to help us find our retirement forever home. She never complained about all the travel and when she thought a house was not for us she would tell us and why all to insure we found the home just right for us. She never rushed us through a house and adjusted the schedule as needed. When she found we had our vehicle hit while traveling to meet her at a house, she rushed to the ER to be with us and if needed contact anyone we needed. She stayed until she felt all was okay. Now that is not only what we call an agent, but also a friend. We would recommend her to everyone, and already have.

I am the executor of the estate for my stepson. One thing I had to do was sell his house. I live about an hour away and was really worried about everything I would have to do, not only to sell it but to get it ready to sell. Jessica stepped in and took over all of these problems for me. She arranged to have all of the furniture and other debris removed from the house and property. Then she arranged to have it cleaned so that it was in good shape to sell. She even arranged to have the lawn mowed so that the new owner would not arrive to an unkempt lawn. I thought I was going to have to do this and what having her take on these jobs was a big relief to me. Jessica explained everything about the sale contract and the procedure to me it terms that made it easy for me to understand. She got the house listed very quickly and it sold very quickly. The first day or two we go several offers, at least two of which were over the list price. She made every effort to keep the process moving along, even when it wasn't convenient for her. I very much enjoyed working with Jessica. I thought she did a superb job.

Jessica is a professional at her job. She got our home sold quickly and got everything we needed in comps from the buyer and then some. She was a pleasure to work with and very responsive on keeping us on track as to our duties. We will highly recommend her to anyone.
